Return of Goods
If you get a wrong product or defect product inside the box you can return that with the delivery courier service. (Only when if the product is damaged inside or Wrong Product).
Make a video when you opening the parcel. If video proofs that product is damaged inside the parcel package, then you can return it with the courier service we sent to you. The courier charge may charged for that. After we confirm that your claim was true we will send another product or your cash with Mobile Banking. A shop manger will call you to confirm that.
